The Board welcomes input from the public. This is the opportunity for community members to address the Board on Closed Session items only. Public comments on all other agenda items or items not listed on the agenda will occur during Open Session at 6:30 p.m. Persons wishing to address the Board should complete a speaker request card prior to the start of each meeting. Each speaker is limited to a maximum of three minutes; public comment is limited to a total of 30 minutes. Comment cards can be submitted to the District Office any time after 9:00 a.m. the day of the Board Meeting, and will also be accepted at the start of the Board Meeting. A speaker may not relinquish her/his time to another. When addressing the Board, speakers are requested to address the Board from the podium, state their name, and adhere to time limits. The Board may not take any action or discuss any item not appearing on the posted agenda and cannot immediately respond to public comments.
